Booking
Send us an enquiry through the Request a Quote form, WhatsApp or a phone call. Our travel expert will share a customised itinerary and price. Once you're happy, we confirm your trip with a booking amount.
Payments
Typically a booking advance is required to block hotels and services, with the balance due before travel. Exact terms are shared with your quote and depend on the destination and season.
Visa & Documents
Yes. For international packages we provide visa guidance and documentation assistance. Visa fees are usually not included in the package price unless stated.
Inclusions
Most packages include accommodation, daily breakfast, listed sightseeing, transfers and taxes. Airfare, personal expenses and optional activities are generally excluded — always check the inclusions on each package page.
On Trip
Absolutely. You'll have a dedicated point of contact on WhatsApp and phone throughout your holiday for any assistance.
Cancellation
Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and the supplier policies (hotels, flights, transport). Full terms are shared in your booking confirmation and on our Cancellation & Refund page.
