Cancellation terms vary by destination, season and supplier policies. The following is a general guide — your specific booking confirmation will include exact terms.

Before confirmation

Enquiries and quotes can be cancelled at no charge before you pay a booking advance.

After confirmation

Once a booking advance is paid, cancellation charges apply based on how close to departure you cancel and the policies of hotels, airlines and other suppliers involved.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after supplier confirmation. Some components (visa fees, non-refundable hotel rates) may not be refundable.

Changes

Date or itinerary changes may be possible subject to availability and amendment fees. Contact us as early as possible.
